At OTP (OnlyTrustedProducts), we aim to deliver your demi-fine jewellery safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.

We currently ship within India.
Delivery availability may vary based on your location and courier serviceability.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1â3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time is 5â10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.
Any additional charges levied by courier partners or authorities are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).
Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the provided details.
6. Delivery Attempt & Responsibility
Courier partners may attempt delivery multiple times.
Customers must ensure availability at the provided delivery address and respond to delivery agent calls.
If:
Delivery attempts fail due to unavailability,
Delivery agent calls are not answered, or
Incorrect/incomplete address details are provided,
The order may be marked as failed delivery, and no refund or re-shipment will be provided.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
OTP (OnlyTrustedProducts) is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you as per their investigation process.
8. Damaged Packages
If the outer package appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package and inform us immediately.
Any damage reported after acceptance of the delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
9. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
OTP (OnlyTrustedProducts) will not be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
